Ashtanga yoga, which is often called power yoga, is popular among people who need strength and flexibility in their muscles as well as those who are looking for a cardiovascular workout.

Jivamukti yoga

This form of yoga is similar to many forms of Hatha yoga, but instead of focusing on asana or pranayama, it focuses on jivamukti.
